DVLA Compliance

When we scrap your car, we ensure the DVLA is notified correctly. We provide you with a Certificate of Destruction (CoD) issued by an Authorised Treatment Facility (ATF). This is the only legal proof that your car has been recycled and you are no longer liable for tax or insurance.

Environmental Responsibility

Every Toyota we collect is processed at an Environment Agency licensed facility. We remove hazardous fluids (oil, coolant, brake fluid) and dispose of them responsibly. Up to 95% of your Toyota is recycled into new materials.

Legal Payments

Since the Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013, it has been illegal to pay cash for scrap cars in the UK. We comply fully by providing instant bank transfers. This ensures a transparent audit trail for both parties and prevents illegal trade.
